Your Responsibilities:
- Entry of invoices, PO numbers
- Sorting, coding and matching invoices before setting them up for payment.
- Medium volume of supplier reconciliations
- Manage supplier statements with relevant invoices and manage turnaround times
- Data entry and reconciliation of IP deposit accounts
- Compliance with internal financial protocols
- Analyse accounting data and research accounting entries
- Preparation and processing of electronic transfers and payments
- Working to continuously improve the payment processes of your company.
- Ensuring the correct documentation is available for reporting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of business / accounts and finance studies
- Sage 50 Essential & Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Strong analytical ability, excellent numerical and problem solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Your Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and direct activities concerned with the project.
- Develop project plans and schedules and execute plans to achieve.
- Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.
- Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with company Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications.
- Work to resolve critical site issues.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
- Obtain all necessary internal permits.
- Achieve a ‘right first time’ philosophy throughout the project life cycle.
- To be responsible for the successful delivery of project through leadership, management, technical & engineering expertise throughout the project life-cycle.
- Manage the day to day site operations of subcontractors on site
- Agree sub-contractors’ long term and short term program and monitor performance

What you need
- 5+ years post-qualification experience on small to medium projects

You will be joining a fast-growing team which consists of a like-minded team of professionals and partners who share a common set of goals and values.
You’ll have overall leadership for our site to ensure constuction is running within agreed technical specifications to completion.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and direct activities concerned with the site.
- Maintain all construction records
- Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.
- Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with company Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications.
- Work to resolve critical site issues.
