Main Contractor
As the main contractor on many large projects, we provide attendances and supervision. We also take on the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage to manage health and safety during construction.
Our team have a proven reputation liaising directly with clients and design teams to ensure a successful project delivery.
Fit Outs
We offer high end commercial fit outs, from bespoke individual fittings to major commercial roll outs.
We are experienced in providing clients with turnkey services from joinery manufacture, metal fabrication, window systems to shopfronts.
We understand the importance of schedules in all areas of fit outs. Therefore, we make sure to meet delivery dates.
Fire Safety Works
As members of the Association for Specialist Fire Protection Ireland, we are highly skilled in fire prevention works, the installation of fire doors, fire battening, and curtain walling.
We are involved with maintenance & testing, surveys, specifications, installations, and the management of passive fire protection.
At Hollyfort, we have our own in-house experienced Fire Safety Engineer.
Void Property Refurbishments
We are contracted by government bodies, NGOs and REITs to flip void properties in a manner that is sustainable, efficient, on time and on budget. We utilise technology to operate robust processes which minimise delays and return the properties to the rental market as soon as possible.
We look after all aspects of the refurbishment from BERs, key management, and condition surveys. We also offer financially viable refurbishment solutions.

We are highly experienced and skilled in many specialist services. These include asbestos removal, fire damaged properties, sound proofing, anti ligature, and X-ray room led linings.
